Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Analyst, Government Compliance to evaluate DFARS contractor business systems and CAS compliance, collaborating with operations to improve processes and ensure audit readiness.

You will support policy development, conduct internal reviews, and assist in government audits, reporting to executive leadership across multiple sites in Irvine, CA, Washington, D.C., and Ashville, OH.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in government accounting or contracting, with DFARS and CAS knowledge.
• Experience auditing or reviewing contractor processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce detailed reports for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support development of DFARS contractor business system compliant policies and processes.
• Conduct internal staff assist visits to review processes for DFARS compliance.
• Review accounting practices for consistency with CAS and disclsure statements.
• Assist operations in implementing process improvements for compliance and audit readiness.
• Document visits and maintain records for briefings to leadership and government auditors.
• Participate in government audits and maintain accountability records.
• Prepare reports on internal document statuses and system compliance.
