Job summary

Elbit Systems of America, LLC is hiring a Senior Manager Government Compliance to guide companywide compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and disclosure statements. You will interpret regulations, coordinate DCAA/DCMA audits, and oversee cost proposals and labor/cost controls.

The role requires extensive government contracting experience, leadership of a compliance team, and the ability to navigate complex audits and negotiations. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Knowledge of government contracting compliance regulations.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS/CAS and DCAA/DCMA audits.
• Ability to interpret CAS Disclosure Statements and prepare cost proposals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on FAR/DFARS/CAS and CAS disclosures.
• Coordinate CAS audits with DCAA and FPRA/Forward Pricing proposals with ACO/DCMA.
• Oversee compliance audits, training, and labor and material cost controls.
• Manage and mentor compliance staff; oversee workload planning and professional development.
• Assist in pre-award and post-award audits and negotiations.
