Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Analyst, Government Compliance to support the DFARS and CAS compliance across contractor business systems. The role is based at our headquarters in Irvine, CA, with alignment to Ashville, OH and Washington, DC as needed.

You will evaluate current processes, provide feedback on compliance, develop and implement improvements, and prepare documentation for leadership and government auditors. Strong attention to detail and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with DFARS contractor systems and CAS.
• Auditing or internal review experience.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop policies and processes for DFARS contractor systems.
• Conduct internal reviews to ensure DFARS and CAS compliance.
• Assist teams in implementing process improvements for audit readiness.
• Document staff visits and prepare leadership briefings.
• Support government audits and maintain accountability records.
• Prepare reports on contract system compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve complex processes.
