Job summary

Backblaze is seeking a Sr. Developer Relations Manager to lead our developer presence for AI and cloud tooling. You will coordinate with docs, engineering, content, and SE teams to create a credible, agent-ready enablement and a cohesive developer strategy around Backblaze B2.

You will drive programs, measure adoption and community engagement, and represent Backblaze in open source and industry events. This is a remote US-based leadership role with high impact on developer trust and platform

Qualifications

• Leadership in developer relations or developer experience at a cloud, open source, or AI tooling company.
• Experience shaping and growing a developer program beyond contribution.
• Ability to read code, discuss tradeoffs, and engage engineers at a technical level.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a unified developer strategy across engineering, docs, content, and SE.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to enable agent-ready integration with Backblaze products.
• Build and nurture a credible developer ecosystem through communities, partnerships, and events.
