Job summary

Backblaze is seeking a Sr. Developer Relations Manager to lead developer engagement for B2 Cloud storage, coordinating engineering, docs, content, and SE teams to create a credible developer presence and drive adoption of Backblaze in agent-led projects.

You will work across systems thinking, define adoption goals, and partner with the Flamethrower Startup Program and the wider community to scale trust and technical credibility among developers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a unified developer strategy across engineering, docs and content.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to build a credible developer presence for Backblaze B2.
• Engage with developer communities, open source projects and ecosystem partners.
• Translate adoption goals into actionable enablement and content programs.
• Own metrics such as signups, activation, and ecosystem engagement to drive revenue.
• Evolve the developer program to scale with growing AI tooling and frameworks.
