Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to maintain operational resilience across Azure, AWS, and GCP in a 24x7 environment. You will lead major incident calls, own remediation, and build playbooks guiding response across cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes IaC with Terraform, unified security baselines, and scalable CI/CD pipelines to support continuous ingestion and deployment of applications in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps / SRE experience in multi-cloud environments.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD orchestration, and scripting (Python/Go).
• Proven incident-command leadership in 24x7 production environments.

Responsibilities

• Scale and maintain multi-cloud operational stability (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Design and enforce IaC-based security baselines to prevent misconfigurations.
• Own major incidents as Incident Commander and drive remediation to closure.
• Draft clear incident notifications for technical and executive audiences.
• Develop and socialize runbooks and playbooks to standardize responses and reduce MTTR.
