Job summary

AgileEngine in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to maintain operational resilience across Azure, AWS, and GCP in a 24x7 environment. You will lead major incidents, own remediation, and build playbooks guiding response; use Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and CSPM tools like Wiz.

You will design security baselines, automate runbooks, and mentor mid-level SREs while ensuring PCI-DSS/SOC2 compliance and seamless integration with CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
• 5+ years of experience
• Architectural expertise in multi-cloud defense and zero-trust
• Senior-level incident-command in 24x7 production environments
• Remediation follow-up and coordinating with owning teams
• Drafting incident notifications for technical and executive audiences
• Authoring divisional/group incident-management playbooks and escalation procedures
• Autonomy in managing runbooks and mentoring mid-level SREs
• Experience deploying CNAPP/CSPM platforms, ideally Wiz
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS and SOC2 compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Scale and maintain operations across Azure, AWS, and GCP
• Implement IaC-based security policies and baselines (Terraform)
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for ingestion and deployment
• Respond to alerts using CSPM tools to secure workloads
• Serve as Incident Commander during major incidents
• Oversee post-incident remediation and prevent recurrence
• Draft clear incident notifications for teams and leadership
• Develop and socialize incident management playbooks and escalation procedures
