Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to sustain operational resilience across Azure, AWS and GCP in a 24x7 environment. You will lead major incident calls, own remediation follow‑through, and build playbooks to guide response.

The role emphasizes IaC with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and CSPM tooling, and requires senior incident‑command experience in a fast-paced production setting.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• In-depth expertise in multi-cloud defense, federated IAM and zero-trust.
• Strong Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD orchestration, Python/Go scripting.
• Senior-level incident-command experience in 24x7 environments.
• Proven remediation follow-up and cross-team accountability.
• Ability to draft incident communications for technical and exec audiences.
• Experience building divisional incident-management playbooks and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Scale and maintain operational stability across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Engineer IaC and configuration baselines to prevent misconfigurations.
• Design and optimize enterprise CI/CD pipelines for ingestion and deployment.
• Respond to incidents using CSPM tools like Wiz and lead incident calls.
• Act as Incident Commander for major incidents and coordinate responders.
• Oversee post-incident remediation and prevent recurrence across groups.
• Draft clear incident notifications and status updates for stakeholders.
• Develop and socialize runbooks and escalation procedures.
