Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC is seeking a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to maintain operational resilience across Azure, AWS, and GCP in a 24x7 environment. You will lead major incident calls, own remediation, and build incident-management playbooks and runbooks.

The role requires Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and CSPM tooling (Wiz). This position offers 100% remote work with flexible hours and opportunities to collaborate with global brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional IT/systems experience in DevOps or SRE roles.
• Extensive knowledge of multi-cloud environments and security architecture.
• Proficient with IaC, CI/CD, and incident response processes.

Responsibilities

• Scale and maintain operational stability across Azure, AWS, and GCP in a 24x7 environment.
• Lead major incident calls as Incident Commander and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain incident-management runbooks, playbooks, and escalation procedures.
• Draft and socialize incident notifications to technical teams and executives.
• Automate remediation workflows and ensure timely post-incident follow-ups.
• Collaborate on CSPM tooling and secure workloads across cloud platforms.
