Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to maintain operational resilience across Azure, AWS, and GCP in a 24x7 setup. You will lead major outages, own remediation, and craft runbooks while driving automation with Terraform and CI/CD across a remote-friendly organization.

The role demands 5+ years experience, strong Kubernetes and CI/CD expertise, and hands-on incident-command skills in complex environments. Remote work is supported with flexible hours and modern tech stacks.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• 5+ years of experience
• In-depth multi-cloud defense, federated IAM, and zero-trust principles
• Strong hands-on Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD orchestration, Python/Go
• Senior-level incident-command experience in a 24x7 production environment
• Remediation follow-up and cross-team accountability
• Incident notification drafting for technical and executive audiences
• Authoring divisional incident-management playbooks and escalation procedures
• Fully autonomous with ability to mentor mid-level SREs
• Experience with CNAPP/CSPM platforms, preferably Wiz
• PCI-DSS, SOC2 experience

Responsibilities

• Scale and maintain operational stability across Azure, AWS, and GCP
• Engineer IaC-driven security baselines using Terraform
• Design and optimize enterprise CI/CD pipelines for ASPM ingestion
• Act on monitoring alerts and secure workloads with CSPM tools
• Serve as Incident Commander during major incidents in 24x7 environments
• Lead post-incident remediation and drive systemic fixes
• Draft and circulate incident notifications to teams and leadership
• Develop and socialize division-wide incident playbooks and escalation procedures
