Job summary

Jitsu, Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to evolve the infrastructure powering our platform. You will lead CI/CD pipelines, Terraform-based infrastructure, and GitOps workflows on Google Cloud and Kubernetes at scale.

You'll drive cost-efficient operations, enhance monitoring, and mentor engineers on release practices and security. This role anchors reliability for millions of transactions daily.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps or SRE roles
• Experience designing automated pipelines end to end
• Hands-on Terraform and multi-environment infrastructure
• Experience with GitOps and declarative deployments
• Strong cloud experience (GCP preferred) and Kubernetes at scale
• Knowledge of monitoring, incident response, and SLIs/SLOs
• Security fundamentals in cloud infrastructure and IAM

Responsibilities

• Own key parts of the DevOps effort for a global engineering team and a platform supporting millions of transactions per day
• Drive improvement across development process and tooling: source control, build, test, packaging, release, and deployment
• Improve infrastructure configuration, management, and cost efficiency
• Enhance monitoring and observability across infrastructure and services
• Partner with technical leaders to improve architecture maintainability, scalability, and resilience
• Serve as a technical lead to software and DevOps engineers on development and operations practices
• Strengthen information security posture with the team
• Contribute to DevOps standards and processes
