Job summary

Jitsu seeks a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to evolve infrastructure powering our platform and keep engineering productive and shipping continuously. You’ll lead CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud, and Kubernetes at scale, partnering with tech leaders to boost reliability and security.

You’ll own IaC, GitOps, monitoring, and cost efficiency, shaping our platform as we grow. This role offers technical leadership and opportunities to influence architecture and operations.

Qualifications

• CI/CD pipelines end-to-end design and automation.
• Terraform infrastructure as code with multi-environment management.
• GitOps workflow using ArgoCD for deployments.
• GCP cloud infrastructure at scale including compute, networking, storage, IAM.
• Kubernetes production operations including autoscaling and upgrades.
• Helm charts for templated deployments across environments.
• Databases at scale: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis.
• Security basics: IAM, secrets management, network policy.

Responsibilities

• Own key parts of the DevOps effort for a global engineering team.
• Improve development process and tooling: source control, build, test, packaging, release.
• Improve infrastructure configuration, management, and cost efficiency.
• Enhance monitoring and observability for availability and performance.
• Collaborate with tech leaders to improve architecture maintainability and resilience.
• Serve as technical lead to software and DevOps engineers on practices.
• Strengthen information security posture across platforms.
• Contribute to team development and operations standards.
