Job summary

Jitsu, Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to evolve the infrastructure powering our logistics platform. You will lead CI/CD pipelines, IaC, GitOps, and cloud operations to scale a high-transaction system used by top brands.

The role requires deep experience with GCP, Kubernetes, Helm, databases, monitoring, and security. You will partner with technical leaders to improve architecture, reliability, and deployment at scale while shaping our tooling and processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD and release automation across git-based workflows.
• Hands-on Terraform and multi-environment infrastructure as code.
• Experience with GitOps and ArgoCD for declarative deployments.
• Strong cloud experience (GCP preferred) at scale.
• Production Kubernetes operations including monitoring, autoscaling, and networking.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, caching, backups, and performance tuning.
• Security fundamentals in cloud infra, IAM, and supply-chain hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Own key parts of the DevOps effort for a global engineering team and a platform handling millions of transactions daily.
• Drive CI/CD improvements across source control, build, test, packaging, release, and deployment.
• Improve infrastructure configuration, management, and cost efficiency.
• Enhance monitoring and observability for availability and performance.
• Partner with technical leaders to improve maintainability, scalability, and resilience.
• Serve as a technical lead to software and DevOps engineers on best practices.
• Strengthen information security posture across systems and pipelines.
• Contribute to team development and operations standards and processes.
