Job summary

Jitsu, Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to evolve our platform infrastructure. You will own critical DevOps efforts for a global engineering team and help scale our logistics platform, driving CI/CD, IaC, GitOps, and cloud infrastructure improvements.

You will lead deployment automation, monitoring, and security efforts, working with Terraform, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, and multiple databases to deliver reliable, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Deep experience with CI/CD and release automation.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and multi-environment management.
• Experience operating GitOps with ArgoCD as source of truth.
• Cloud infrastructure expertise on Google Cloud Platform.
• Kubernetes at scale including autoscaling and observability.
• Helm for templated deployments across environments.
• Databases at scale and performance tuning (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Reliability focus with SLIs/SLOs, monitoring, and incident response.
• Security fundamentals in cloud infra and secrets management.

Responsibilities

• Own key parts of the DevOps effort for a global engineering team and platform.
• Improve development processes: source control, build, test, packaging, release, deployment.
• Improve infrastructure configuration, management, and cost efficiency.
• Enhance monitoring and observability for availability and performance.
• Collaborate to improve architecture maintainability and resilience.
• Provide technical leadership to software and DevOps engineers.
• Strengthen information security posture with best practices.
• Contribute to team standards and operational processes.
