Jitsu, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to evolve the infrastructure powering our logistics platform and enable rapid delivery.

You will lead CI/CD, cloud infrastructure on GCP, Kubernetes, and security, shaping reliability, performance, and cost efficiency across a global engineering team.

This role offers growth, equity incentives, and impact on the scale of millions of transactions daily.

Qualifications

• Deep experience designing automated pipelines end to end with git-based source control, build and test automation, and low-risk deployment patterns.
• Terraform (or similar) IaC with multi-environment infrastructure management.
• GitOps workflow with ArgoCD (or similar) as source of truth for deployments.
• Cloud infrastructure at scale (GCP preferred) including compute, networking, storage, queues, serverless, DNS, IAM, logging.
• Kubernetes operations at scale: cluster lifecycle, autoscaling, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Helm charts for templated deployments across environments.
• Databases at scale: PostgreSQL/CloudSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis; replication, backups, scaling.

Responsibilities

• Own key parts of the DevOps effort for a global engineering team and a platform supporting millions of transactions per day.
• Drive improvements across development process and tooling: source control, build, test, packaging, release, and deployment.
• Improve infrastructure configuration, management, and cost efficiency.
• Enhance monitoring and observability for availability and performance.
• Partner with technical leaders to improve architecture maintainability, scalability, and resilience.
• Serve as a technical lead to software and DevOps engineers on development and operations practices.
• Strengthen the organization’s information security posture.
• Contribute to team development and operations standards and processes.
