7N is seeking a Sr DevOps & Platform Engineer for a 100% remote role in the United States. You will define and scale an Internal Developer Platform, enterprise GitOps workflows, and autonomous self-healing infrastructure across multi-cloud environments.

You will serve as a technical authority, reducing developer friction and enforcing zero-trust guardrails. You will lead the design of multi-cluster Kubernetes systems, architecture for IaC and CI/CD, and closed-loop AIOps pipelines, while

Qualifications

• 8+ years in platform and DevOps engineering.
• 6+ years in enterprise Kubernetes administration.
• Strong Go and Python programming.
• Experience with IaC and telemetry architectures.
• Proven ability to author RFCs and define SLOs/SLIs.
• Experience integrating LLM tool-calling into incident response.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical roadmap for self-service platform engineering and zero-trust security.
• Improve internal developer velocity and reduce onboarding time.
• Set engineering standards for IaC, CI/CD, and telemetry.
• Establish SLO/SLI governance and automated chaos testing.
• Design self-service developer portals and golden deployment paths.
• Architect multi-cluster, multi-region delivery models with ArgoCD/Flux.
• Build closed-loop self-healing systems with OpenTelemetry and stateful orchestration.
• Implement zero-trust guardrails across delivery lifecycle with Kyverno or OPA.
• Lead scalable infrastructure for AI workloads and GPU cluster autoscaling.
