Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to build, scale, and maintain an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) that enables product teams to ship code safely and rapidly. You will treat the platform as a product, building self-service infra abstractions, automated CI/CD pipelines, and guardrails to reduce toil for developers.

Responsibilities include architecting and maintaining self-service tools, robust GitOps pipelines with ArgoCD/Flux, multi-region Kubernetes

Qualifications

• 5+ years in platform engineering, SRE, or core DevOps with IDP experience.
• Expert-level Kubernetes administration and custom controller/operator architectures.
• Proficient in Terraform/OpenTofu/Pulumi for multi-cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain self-service platform tools and developer portals for provisioning infrastructure and deploying services.
• Maintain robust GitOps pipelines using ArgoCD/Flux across multi-region Kubernetes deployments.
• Write production-grade Go/Python code to extend platforms and automation.
