Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Sr. Partner Development Manager for DevOps and Observability in AMER to lead partnership strategy and co-sell engagements with technology partners.

You will be the SME for the partner and their solutions running on AWS, helping build joint plans, goals, and metrics. In this role you will orchestrate AWS resources, drive field enablement, and manage the end-to-end partner relationship to accelerate revenue and ensure partner health across North America,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences.
• 5+ years of working with Observability, DevOps, Data and Analytics technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a business plan to grow strategic technology alliances for SaaS and Cloud.
• Coordinate AWS resources to support product integration and joint models.
• Collaborate with sales and partner teams to generate new business opportunities in North America.
• Build regional field collaboration and become the Go To resource for high-profile joint sales.
• Drive AWS Marketplace enablement and prioritize AWS Marketplace for partners.
• Lead sales enablement activities and coordinate joint lead generation with ISV and AWS teams.
• Lead pipeline reviews and internal business reviews to share learnings.
