Job summary

Gabb is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and scale reliable infrastructure across development, staging, and production environments. You will own CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and container orchestration with Kubernetes, applying IaC via Terraform and Helm.

This hands-on role reports to the Director of Platform and Infrastructure and includes on-call responsibilities. You will partner with engineering and product teams to drive reliability, observability, and cost

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
• Experience operating and scaling systems to millions of users or connected devices.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, product teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale reliable infrastructure across environments (dev, staging, prod).
• Own CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows to enable rapid, safe deployments.
• Manage Kubernetes workloads and IaC with Terraform, Helm, and related tooling.
• Contribute to observability, incident response, and post-incident improvements.
• Mentor engineers and drive best practices across the team.
