Job summary

Gabb Wireless Inc. in Lehi, Utah is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to help build, scale, and operate our infrastructure.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role focusing on reliability, CI/CD, observability, incident response, and cost management, reporting to the Director of Platform and Infrastructure. You will partner with engineering and product teams to support growth, meet SLAs, and improve tooling and processes while participating in on-call rotations and debugging

Qualifications

• 4+ years of DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Proven track record maturing DevOps practices.
• Experience operating and scaling systems to millions of users or connected devices.
• Strong experience with AWS and cloud-based infrastructure at production scale.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads in production environments.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm) and CI/CD pipeline design (GitOps workflows preferred).
• Strong command of observability practices: metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting systems.
• Experience supporting multi-regional or highly available production systems with defined SLAs.
• Experience with infrastructure cost optimization — not just monitoring spend, but actively managing it.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate scalable AWS infrastructure across environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD and GitOps workflows enabling rapid product deployments.
• Manage Kubernetes workloads and IaC tooling (Terraform/Helm).
• Improve observability, incident response, and cost management practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership to inform roadmaps.
