Job summary

Gabb is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to build, scale, and operate our infrastructure. This hands-on role reports to the Director of Platform and Infrastructure and focuses on reliability, CI/CD, observability, incident response, and cost management as part of a tight engineering team.

You’ll collaborate with product and engineering to deploy resilient AWS-based systems, steward Kubernetes workloads, and drive automation through Terraform, Helm, and GitOps practices while on-call for

Qualifications

• 4+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
• Experience building or maturing DevOps practices at scale.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Support reliability and uptime across development, staging, and production.
• Design scalable, resilient systems on AWS for growth.
• Manage multi-regional infrastructure with SLAs and capacity planning.
• Implement security improvements in infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Build and maintain CI/CD systems and GitOps workflows.
• Develop observability with monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
