Raise is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, operate, and continuously improve platforms and delivery practices for high-volume applications. The role emphasizes reliable software delivery, scalable cloud infrastructure, production monitoring, and migration initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.
3+ years building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
Experience deploying and operating in cloud environments; Azure preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate within an Agile Scrum SDLC environment and contribute to design, deployment, monitoring, and improvements.
Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for secure, repeatable delivery.
Develop infrastructure-as-code and automation for cloud environments.
Build and evolve observability with monitoring, logging, tracing, and dashboards.
Lead or support cloud migrations with automation and validation.
Develop automation tools to reduce manual operational work and improve productivity.
Set deployment standards and incident-response practices with application teams.
Troubleshoot production incidents and implement durable fixes.
Identify and mitigate risks in designs, deployment, and performance.
Leverage AI tools to analyze systems and accelerate delivery.
