Job summary

Automation Anywhere is seeking a DevOps Staff Engineer to lead and evolve our DevOps practice, combining hands-on delivery with strategic leadership. You will manage daily DevOps activities, ensure release quality and velocity, and support building scalable, secure CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.

You will oversee automation, define tooling standards, and collaborate across Engineering, QA, Product, Security, and Infrastructure to align objectives and ensure reliable deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tooling, especially Jenkins.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes-based deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the DevOps team, set goals and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily DevOps operations: build/release, CI/CD, env management, and reliability.
• Guide tooling choices, automation strategies, and architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Product teams to align objectives and deployments.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve delivery speed.
