Motion Recruitment Partners, LLC is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer in Lehi, Utah to join the infrastructure team. You’ll work in a cloud-native AWS environment using Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform, Helm, Linux, and modern observability and CI/CD tooling.

This hybrid role focuses on building scalable infrastructure, multi-account AWS architectures, and an OpenTelemetry/Grafana observability stack to support high-availability applications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Cloud Engineering experience.
• Strong AWS experience and production Kubernetes (EKS) expertise.
• Experience with Terraform and Helm for IaC.
• Experience supporting highly available production environments.
• CI/CD pipeline experience and Linux administration.
• Solid understanding of monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting.

Job description

Our client is a rapidly growing technology company based in Lehi, Utah that is looking to add a Senior DevOps Engineer to their infrastructure team. This is a full-time opportunity supporting a primarily AWS cloud environment utilizing Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform, Helm, Linux, and modern observability and CI/CD technologies. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work within a cloud-native environment supporting highly available applications and connected products at scale.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to do more than simply maintain an existing environment. The team is actively investing in platform engineering, developer self-service, multi-account AWS architecture, and a new open-source observability stack built around OpenTelemetry and Grafana. You’ll work closely with senior engineering leadership and other DevOps engineers, helping guide technical decisions, improve reliability, and build out scalable infrastructure as the company continues to grow.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Cloud Engineering experience
• Strong AWS experience
• Kubernetes in production environments, ideally EKS
