Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer in Lehi, UT to join a growing tech team. The role emphasizes AWS cloud infra, Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform, Helm, Linux, and modern observability/CI/CD tooling in a hybrid environment.

The candidate will drive platform engineering initiatives, multi-account AWS architecture, and an open-source observability stack using OpenTelemetry and Grafana while improving reliability and scalability.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Cloud Engineering experience.
• Strong AWS experience.
• Kubernetes in production environments (ideally EKS).
• Terraform and Helm familiarity.
• Experience supporting highly available production environments.
• CI/CD pipeline experience and Linux administration.

Our client is a rapidly growing technology company based in Lehi, Utah that is looking to add a Senior DevOps Engineer to their infrastructure team. This is a full-time opportunity supporting a primarily AWS cloud environment utilizing Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform, Helm, Linux, and modern observability and CI/CD technologies. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work within a cloud-native environment supporting highly available applications and connected products at scale.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to do more than simply maintain an existing environment. The team is actively investing in platform engineering, developer self-service, multi-account AWS architecture, and a new open-source observability stack built around OpenTelemetry and Grafana. You’ll work closely with senior engineering leadership and other DevOps engineers, helping guide technical decisions, improve reliability, and build out scalable infrastructure as the company continues to grow.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Cloud Engineering experience
• Strong AWS experience
• Kubernetes in production environments, ideally EKS
• Terraform
• Helm
• Experience supporting highly available production environments
• CI/CD pipeline experience
• Linux administration
• Strong understanding of monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting
• Experience with incident response and troubleshooting production systems
• Experience with infrastructure cost optimization

The Offer

• Competitive base salary, approximately $130K-$150K with flexibility for strong candidates
