Job summary
Motion Recruitment is helping a rapidly growing technology company in Lehi, Utah find a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the infrastructure team on a full-time, hybrid schedule. The role focuses on AWS cloud environments with Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform, Helm, Linux, and modern observability and CI/CD practices.
You will work on platform engineering initiatives, multi-account AWS architecture, and an open-source observability stack built around OpenTelemetry and Grafana, guiding technical decisions
Qualifications
- 4+ years of DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Cloud Engineering experience
- Strong AWS experience
- Kubernetes in production environments, ideally EKS
- Terraform
- Helm
- Experience supporting highly available production environments
- CI/CD pipeline experience
- Linux administration
- Strong understanding of monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting
- Experience with incident response and troubleshooting production systems
Responsibilities
- Help guide technical decisions and drive reliability improvements
- Build out scalable, cloud-native infrastructure
- Collaborate with senior engineering leadership and other DevOps engineers
- Invest in platform engineering, developer self-service, and multi-account AWS architecture
