Qualifications

• 6+ years of DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE experience.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and Linux administration.
• Proficient in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins) and scripting (Python or Go).

Responsibilities

Our client is an established SaaS organization headquartered in Austin that is continuing to invest in its cloud platform and engineering organization. They are hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer on a full-time basis to support AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes environments, Terraform automation, Docker, Linux administration, and enterprise CI/CD pipelines. This hybrid role will work closely with software engineering teams to improve platform scalability, reliability, and deployment automation.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond day-to-day infrastructure support and have a direct impact on platform architecture. The engineering leadership encourages new ideas, values automation-first thinking, and provides engineers with the opportunity to lead cloud initiatives, improve developer experience, and mentor other members of the team.
