Job summary

Mark43 seeks an experienced DevOps Engineer to scale and maintain a mission-critical public safety platform. You will focus on reliability, automation, observability, and efficient software delivery across teams.

The role involves building pipelines, enhancing monitoring, and enabling developers to ship software faster while upholding security and compliance. You will collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Product teams to ensure scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud infrastructure.
Experience designing and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
Experience implementing monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting solutions.
Familiarity with GitOps practices and ArgoCD.

Responsibilities

Own and drive infrastructure projects to improve scalability, reliability, and health.
Develop, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for builds, tests, and deployments.
Enhance platform observability with monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities.
Build internal tools and automation to boost developer productivity.
Collaborate with engineering teams and participate in on-call rotations.
