Mark43 is seeking a DevOps Engineer to scale and maintain the cloud infrastructure powering our public safety platform. You will improve reliability, automate deployments, and enhance observability across teams.

You will work with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and Grafana to optimize infrastructure, streamline developer workflows, and drive operational excellence. Strong collaboration and automation skills are essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or related infra role.
• Hands-on AWS and/or Azure cloud experience.
• Experience building automated CI/CD pipelines for apps.
• Proficiency with IaC, especially Terraform.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Experience with GitOps and ArgoCD.</li>
• Experience scripting to automate infra ops and improve workflows.
• Strong focus on reliability, security, and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for scalability, reliability, security, and high availability.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to automate provisioning and management.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for builds, tests, and deployments.
• Drive GitOps practices and automation with Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCD.
• Improve platform observability with monitoring, logging, alerting, and troubleshooting.
• Build internal tools and automation to boost developer productivity and reduce manual steps.
• Collaborate with engineering to establish DevOps best practices and reliable deployment workflows.
• Identify and resolve infrastructure performance bottlenecks and potential failures.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation to support production infrastructure.
