Mark43 is seeking a DevOps Engineer to scale and maintain our public safety platform. You will optimize AWS-based infrastructure, implement IaC with Terraform, and drive CI/CD pipelines to deliver reliable software.

You will work with Engineering, Security, and Platform teams to improve observability, security, and fault tolerance while embracing GitOps practices with ArgoCD, Kubernetes, and Helm to empower fast, safe deployments.

Formación

• 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or similar infrastructure role.
• Hands-on AWS and/or Azure experience.
• Designing and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Terraform and IaC practices.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, Helm and ArgoCD.
• Observability, monitoring, and alerting expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Build and maintain IaC using Terraform to automate provisioning.
• Develop, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for builds, tests, and deployments.
• Drive GitOps with Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCD.
• Improve observability with monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Create internal tooling to boost developer productivity and deployment efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering to apply DevOps best practices and ensure platform reliability.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.
• Own infrastructure projects aligned with long-term platform health.
