Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a DevOps Engineer to scale and maintain the infrastructure powering its public safety platform. You will partner with Engineering, Security, and cross-functional teams to enhance reliability, automate deployments, and improve observability across services.

You will work with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and Grafana to build scalable, secure systems, develop CI/CD pipelines, and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in a DevOps/Platform/SRE role.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting solutions.
• Familiarity with GitOps practices and deployment automation tools such as ArgoCD.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Develop, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for builds, tests, and deployments.
• Improve observability with monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities.
• Build internal tooling to boost developer productivity and streamline deployments.
• Collaborate with engineering to establish DevOps best practices and improve platform reliability.
