Job summary

ICIMS is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to support and enhance our CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment processes across our multi-cloud SaaS platform. You’ll build, maintain, and improve development workflows serving thousands of customers worldwide, with off-hours support as needed.

Join a team focused on scalable, reliable delivery, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and IaC using Terraform and CloudFormation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering or Software Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS required, Azure preferred).
• Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• Support deployment processes across multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Implement automated testing integration within deployment pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve build and deployment failures.
