Job summary

ICF is seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to drive cloud infrastructure and CI/CD in a health engineering context. You will work on AWS, implement infrastructure as code, and collaborate across security, networking, and development teams in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

The role emphasizes Terraform, CloudWatch monitoring, and scalable CI/CD pipelines, with flexible work hours and a focus on delivering secure, reliable healthcare reporting services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience provisioning and managing infrastructure in AWS.
• 5+ years of experience with configuration management, cloud orchestration and automation tools in AWS.
• 3+ years setting up CI/CD pipelines with open-source plugins.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust clearance.
• Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Implement cloud-based solutions in AWS using infrastructure as code.
• Deploy, configure, and run infrastructure using Terraform and related tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across development, security, IAM, and networking.
• Automate application and infrastructure environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD tools to support development, testing, and security scanning.
• Implement CloudWatch and other monitoring solutions for performance and error metrics.
• Translate business requirements into technical operational plans for CI/CD.
• Contribute as part of a small team pushing boundaries in a mission-driven setting.
