Mark43 is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, scale, and maintain the infrastructure powering our public safety platform. You will collaborate with Engineering, Security, and other teams to ensure cloud reliability, security, and high availability.

You will work with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and Grafana to automate deployments, improve observability, and accelerate software delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional DevOps or SRE experience.
• Strong AWS and/or Azure expertise.
• Experience with Terraform and IaC.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with observability, monitoring, and alerting.

Responsabilités

• Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Develop, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for builds, tests, and deployments.
• Drive GitOps practices using Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCD.
• Enhance platform observability with monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Create internal tooling to improve developer productivity and automation.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve deployment workflows and reliability.
• Identify and resolve infrastructure performance bottlenecks and failures.
