Mark43 is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate the cloud infrastructure powering our public safety platform. You will automate deployments, improve observability, and enable engineering teams to deliver software efficiently.

Join a team focused on reliability, scalability, and security using AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and Grafana, with on-call rotation and cross-functional collaboration to advance mission-critical software for first responders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or related infra-focused role.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience implementing and maintaining monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting solutions.
• Familiarity with GitOps practices and deployment automation tools such as ArgoCD.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for scalability, reliability, security, and availability.
• Develop, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for builds, testing, and deployments.
• Improve platform observability with monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities.
• Build internal tools to improve developer productivity and automate workflows.
• Own and drive infrastructure projects to enhance scalability and reliability.
