Enlighten is seeking a highly motivated and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our fast-paced development team. The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge in Kubernetes and Container Orchestration, Configuration Management, CI/CD, Automation, AWS, Linux systems administration, Scripting in Bash and Programming in Python, and a background in Big Data solutions.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance required.
• US citizenship required.
• SCI eligibility desired.
• 9+ years DevOps or related experience with related degree.
• DoD 8140/8570 certification (e.g., Security+) required.

Responsibilities

• Support AWS cloud infrastructure deployment (AWS, EKS).
• Automate deployment processes for reliability and scalability.
• Manage Kubernetes containers and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate applications into infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems; ensure high availability.
• Continuously improve processes and tools for performance.
• Stay current with new technologies and industry trends.
• Support onsite rotating schedule in Hanover, MD (some work from home).
