Job summary

The role partners with leadership to advance foundation, corporate, government, and individual giving, while mentoring Development Associates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional fundraising experience with grant writing.
• 1–2 years direct grant writing and revenue generation.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects across dispersed teams.
• Experience partnering with executives, boards or senior directors on funding opportunities.
• Proven ability to present to program officers and donors.
• Strong storytelling and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and submit RFPs, concept papers, and LOIs.
• Coordinate grant reports for institutional funders and donors.
• Research funders and develop strategy memos for funding priorities.
• Coordinate site visits and draft briefing memos and requests.
• Ensure timely deliverables with strict timelines and grant guidelines.
• Manage Salesforce records, pipelines, and donor stewardship.
• Lead regional or national fundraising opportunities.
