Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in fundraising or development.
• At least 1–2 years of direct grant writing and revenue generation experience.
• Proven track record securing funds from institutional funders.
• Experience managing complex cross‑functional projects across dispersed teams.
• Demonstrated ability partnering with executive leaders on high‑stakes funding opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, assembles, and submits proposals to foundations, corporations, and government funders.
• Coordinates grant reports for designated institutional funders and donors.
• Researches prospective funders and develops strategy memos for funding priorities.
• Manages site visits and drafts briefing memos and follow‑up correspondence.
• Ensures timely deliverables by collaborating with Program, Investment, Finance, and Grants teams.
• Tracks cultivation, solicitations, deliverables, and milestones in Salesforce.
• Leads regional or national portfolio revenue and funder cultivation strategies.
• Provides guidance and coaching to Development Associates and Managers.
