Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of commercial real estate development experience with responsibility across the full project lifecycle.
• Proven ability to independently manage development projects from sourcing through completion.
• Strong understanding of land acquisitions, due diligence, entitlements, construction management, and development economics.
• Established familiarity with the Dallas–Fort Worth market and local industrial development landscape preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate development opportunities through broker, landowner, municipal, and industry relationships.
• Lead feasibility analysis, financial underwriting, due diligence, and investment recommendations.
• Serve as the primary project lead from acquisition through stabilization, coordinating all stakeholders.
• Manage entitlement, zoning, permitting, and municipal approval processes.
• Direct architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other third-party partners throughout the development process.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, risk management, and overall execution.
• Support leasing, asset management, and disposition strategies while identifying new opportunities.

Profile

For the Senior Development Manager we are seeking:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of commercial real estate development experience with demonstrated responsibility across the full project lifecycle.
• Proven ability to independently manage development projects from sourcing and acquisition through completion.
• Strong understanding of land acquisitions, due diligence, entitlements, construction management, and development economics.
• Established familiarity with the Dallas-Fort Worth market and local industrial development landscape strongly preferred.
• Experience working directly with municipalities, consultants, brokers, contractors, and capital partners.
• Entrepreneurial mentality with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and operate within a lean, highly accountable environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
