Qualifications

Our client, a growing Data Center Developer with an active platform across Texas, is looking to add a Senior Development Manager to their team. This is a great opportunity to join a developer who works across several asset classes - and be one of the founding members of their dedicated Mission-Critical team.

The Role

Reporting directly into senior leadership, you'll take ownership of individual site and market opportunities from early evaluation through to entitlement, working closely with legal, engineering, and power/utility teams to keep projects moving on schedule.

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable managing multiple projects at varying stages simultaneously

Location:

Texas - this role can be based either in Austin, Houston or Dallas. Travel to sites will sit at around 30-40%.
