Job summary

K-LOVE in Franklin, TN is seeking a Senior Development Events Coordinator to drive donor engagement events from concept to follow-up. You will partner with the Development Events Manager, ministry teams, and vendors to deliver exceptional experiences.

The role requires independent judgment, strong logistics, data integrity in Salesforce, and on-site leadership. You will manage timelines, travel, and guest experiences while upholding the ministry's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years in event coordination, live events, or nonprofit development.
• Experience with CRM or database systems, Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and drive the execution of donor engagement events.
• Own detailed event timelines, planning documents, and calendars.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with Development, Marketing, the CEO’s Office, and other internal teams.
• Coordinate travel, lodging, meals, and itineraries for staff, donors, and guests.
• Serve as on-site representative for events, managing registration and vendor coordination.
