Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of event experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong donor communications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Google Suite, and Salesforce Nonprofit CRM is essential for coordinating across departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience planning large events (400+ guests).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient in MS Office, Teams and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Nonprofit CRM or similar systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution for three major fundraising events and support smaller events.
• Coordinate vendors, volunteers, and day-of operations.
• Track budgets, bids, and sponsorships; report outcomes.
• Develop fundraising timelines and donor communications with the Development Team.
• Prepare program content with Marketing and leadership.
• Lead event committees and conduct post-event debriefs.
• Collaborate with departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
