Job summary

K-LOVE is seeking a Donor Services Specialist to support donor engagement and data integrity. You will manage donor communications, process contributions, and maintain accurate records with a focus on compassion and confidentiality.

The role emphasizes high-volume phone work, collaboration with the ministry team, and adherence to branding and donor-centered service standards. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and CRM familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with donor-facing experience.
• 2+ years of customer service or donor-facing work.
• Experience with CRM/databases desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound donor calls (90% on phone).
• Maintain accurate donor records and manage multiple priorities.
• Protect confidentiality and demonstrate donor-centered service.
• Work independently while aligning with team goals.
