Educational Media Foundation K-LOVE & Air1 Media Networks is seeking a Senior Development Events Coordinator to plan and execute donor engagement events in Franklin, TN. You will partner with the Development Events Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, on-site experiences that honor our faith-driven mission.

Responsibilities include end-to-end event planning, vendor coordination, Salesforce data management, and on-site leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education/training with relevant experience required.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, live events, hospitality, nonprofit development, or a comparable project-based role.
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to manage priorities independently and drive tasks to completion.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and drive the operational execution of Development-led donor engagement events, including cultivation events and hosted gatherings.
• Own detailed event timelines, planning documents, and master calendars across all phases of execution.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with Development, Marketing, the CEO’s Office, and other internal teams for seamless event delivery.
• Coordinate travel, lodging, meals, and itineraries for staff, donors, and guests.
