GraceWorks Ministries Inc. seeks an experienced Events Manager to oversee the planning and execution of three flagship fundraising events in Franklin, Tennessee, with additional support for smaller gatherings.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating volunteers, vendors, and sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics planning and execution for major fundraising events.
• Secure vendors, manage contracts, and recruit volunteers for events.
• Track expenses, bid services, and manage budgets.
• Coordinate sponsor communications and post-event reporting.
• Develop event timelines and collaborate with Development and Marketing teams.
• Lead event committees and participate in debriefs for continuous improvement.
