We're seeking an accomplished professional to play a vital role in guiding our customers through the development, utilization, and integration of the Neptune DX Platform. Your main goal? To empower their technical capabilities and maximize the value of the Neptune DX Platform.

Your profile

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications on Neptune Software's low-code platform tailored to client needs.
• Enhance customer experience by identifying innovative value-added strategies.
• Advise clients on optimizing their business processes with Neptune Software's applications.
• Assist clients in configuring solutions to meet their specific requirements and industry standards.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP integration for seamless compatibility.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements, update on progress, and maintain relationships.
• Manage issues related to implementation, configuration, or usage, especially in SAP environments.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of Neptune tools.
• Coordinate complex issues with the engineering team, monitoring progress and responses.
• Stay updated on Neptune product updates, SAP advancements, and ABAP developments.

Experience, competencies, and education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in technical roles.
• Extensive SAP knowledge (must-have).
• JavaScript knowledge (nice-to-have).
• Ability to understand complex customer software landscapes.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
