Your Mission

As a Business Development Consultant, you’ll represent The Abrupt and connect the brand to the right communities, creators, voices, and networks. Whether through social media, blogs, newsletters, podcasts, or exclusive lobbies, you’ll bring the brand where it belongs: in front of decision-makers, change-makers, and action-takers.

This is a performance-driven role. You earn as you grow—no cap.

Your Impact – What You’ll Do

• Generate monthly leads or convert sales through brand collaborations, content features, or affiliate marketing strategies.
• Source and pitch to content creators, bloggers, newsletter authors, and niche leaders weekly.
• Build long-term, performance-based partnerships in the wellness, health, performance, and productivity niches.
• Launch targeted micro-campaigns for new product drops, retail partnerships, or seasonal pushes.
• Join weekly syncs (optional) to align with marketing, product, and creative teams.

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer relations, PR, or business development.
• A personal/professional network of at least 2,000+ connections or followers (or access to high-engagement channels).
• Proven track record of driving $100–$5000/month in affiliate revenue, ideally in health, wellness, or performance-related industries.
• Clear communication, sharp instincts, and a bias for action.
• Fluent in digital culture, niche communities, and influencer marketing trends.
• Experience working independently, setting your own goals, and driving toward results.
