You will partner with leadership on strategy, provide training and mentorship, and help align fundraising with CEO's mission across regional and national portfolios.

Competenze

• 3+ years of fundraising experience with grant writing.
• Proven track record securing funds from foundations, corporations, or government.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects across dispersed teams.
• Ability to partner with executives and senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal storytelling for diverse funders.
• Ability to manage multiple grant deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to grant guidelines, budgets, and reporting.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Salesforce CRM preferred.

• Drafts, assembles, and submits foundation, corporate, and government proposals.
• Coordinates data-driven grant reports for institutional funders and donors.
• Researches funders, develops strategy memos, and supports program priorities.
• Coordinates site visits and drafts strategic briefing memos and follow-ups.
• Partners with Program, Investment, Finance, and Grants teams for timely deliverables.
• Tracks cultivation, solicitations, and milestones in Salesforce.
• Leads strategic planning and executive engagement for regional or national portfolios.
• Serves as project lead on high-stakes revenue opportunities and campaigns.
• Prepares strategy memos, decks, and presentations for funders.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to Development Associates; co-leads training.
• Leads portfolio reviews and ensures data integrity in Salesforce.
