Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Lead Developer for the IT Service Delivery team in St. Louis, MO. You will set technical direction, own complex platform features, and mentor a team of developers working on integrations, APIs, and AI-enabled capabilities.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across organizations, ensure code quality, and drive architectural decisions while maintaining strong alignment with WWT standards and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years experience with JavaScript/Node.js and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with relational databases and data modeling.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled features in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, development, and implementation of integrations and configurations for professional services and resourcing apps.
• Own end-to-end technical design of full-stack features including REST/GraphQL APIs and UI components.
• Drive AI-enabled capabilities including LLMs, RAG, prompts, and agentic integrations.
• Mentor developers and uphold technical best practices, reviews, and testing.
• Represent team in enterprise architecture and security discussions to ensure alignment with standards.
