You will work directly with business stakeholders, IT management and other developers to guide projects to completion, propose technology improvements and ensure well-documented, compliant solutions.

• 7 - 10 years MIS/CS or related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentor other developers to assist with best practices, troubleshooting, estimation, testing and documentation.
• Develop large scale enterprise solutions with high complexity.
• Oversee design documents including technical specifications, functional requirements, modules, test plans and user documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT management and other teams to evolve applications and adopt new technologies.
• Lead code reviews and drive improvements in development processes.

Education

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
